5. Personalized and Customized Jewelry
Jewelry that has been customized, personalized, engraved, specially ordered, or altered at the customer’s request is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

Love Spell is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to us.
